1. Returns on Physical Products
Due to the nature of our healing herbs and spiritual products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
We will only accept returns if:

The item is damaged during delivery, or

The incorrect item was sent.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item

A brief description of the issue
We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
4. Spiritual Consultations
All bookings for spiritual consultations are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may not qualify for a refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Consultation services that have already occurred
