INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put 2 spoons in a pot, fill up the pot with 2 L of water and let it boil for 10-15 minutes.
2. Allow it to cool down and sieve it into a 2L bottle
3. Put it in the fridge & drink 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup at night
4. Repeat the process when the 2L is finished
